Privacy Policy

sosone (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values users’ privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws and regulations.

This Privacy Policy applies to the websites operated by the Company, as well as web-based tools and related services provided through the same domain or associated pages. It also applies to webpages and web tools accessed through search results or external links, even when they are not directly linked from the Company’s main website.

The Company does not collect direct identifiers such as names, email addresses, or telephone numbers through account registration, login, or contact forms. However, cookies, access information, and device or browser information may be processed automatically for website usage analysis, advertising, service operation, and security purposes.

3. Information Entered or Generated Through Web-Based Tools

Some web-based tools provided by the Company, including aspect ratio calculators and random number generators, process values entered by users or results generated by the tools within the user’s browser.

Such input values and generated results are generally not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by the Company.

However, general usage events, such as whether a tool was used, the type of tool used, or whether a button was clicked, may be transmitted to Google Analytics for service usage analysis. The Company does not transmit the specific values entered by users or the results generated by the tools as analytics events.

Information entered or generated through a web tool may disappear when the page is refreshed, the browser tab is closed, or website data is deleted. Where a tool uses the browser’s local storage feature, the information may be stored in the user’s browser and may be removed by deleting the browser’s website data.

4. Cookies and Automatic Collection Technologies

The Company may use cookies and similar technologies to analyze website usage and provide advertisements. Users may block cookies or delete previously stored cookies through their browser settings.

Cookies are small amounts of information stored by a website in the user’s browser. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for the following purposes:

6. Google Analytics 4

The Company uses Google Analytics 4 to analyze website visits and usage and to improve its services.

The retention and use periods for information processed by Google Analytics are determined by the Company’s applicable service settings and Google’s policies.

7. Kakao AdFit

The Company uses Kakao AdFit, provided by Kakao Corp., to display advertisements on certain webpages.

Kakao AdFit may process the following information:

The actual information processed, processing methods, and retention periods are subject to Kakao’s policies and the user’s browser and device settings.

Google AdSense code that is currently disabled and commented out does not process personal information and is therefore not included among the services covered by this Policy. If Google AdSense is reactivated in the future, the Company will update this Policy accordingly.

8. Google Fonts

The Company uses Google Fonts to display Material Symbols icons on the website.

When a user accesses a relevant webpage, the user’s browser may request the necessary icon or font resources from Google’s servers. During this process, the following technical information may be transmitted to Google:

10. Processing and Retention Period

The Company does not directly collect personal information through user accounts or contact forms and does not separately store such information in its own database.

The retention and use periods for information processed through third-party services, including Google Analytics, Kakao AdFit, Google Fonts, and Cloudflare Pages, are determined by the Company’s applicable service settings and the policies of each service provider.

Cookies and website data stored in a browser may remain until the expiration period set for the cookie, until the user changes the browser settings, or until the user deletes them.

If the Company directly retains personal information for a specific purpose in the future, the information will be retained until that purpose has been fulfilled. Where applicable laws require a separate retention period, the information will be retained for the period required by law.

11. Procedures and Methods for Destruction

If the Company directly retains personal information, it will destroy the information without undue delay when the purpose of processing has been fulfilled or the applicable retention period has expired.

Personal information stored in electronic files will be deleted using methods intended to make recovery or restoration difficult.

Information processed by third-party service providers will be handled in accordance with the retention and deletion standards of the relevant service provider.

Users may delete cookies, local storage, and other website data through their browser settings.

12. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company does not sell users’ personal information and does not provide personal information to third parties without the user’s consent or another lawful basis.

How to Refuse International Transfers and the Consequences of Refusal

Cloudflare Pages is used for website hosting and content delivery. Therefore, users who refuse processing through Cloudflare may be unable to access or use the website and web tools normally.

Users may allow or block cookies and delete previously stored cookies and website data through their browser settings.

Because the Company does not maintain user accounts or information that directly identifies users, it may be difficult for the Company to individually identify, access, or delete information processed through Google Analytics, Kakao AdFit, or Cloudflare for a particular user.

Users may restrict the storage and processing of certain information by deleting cookies and website data, enabling browser tracking prevention features, or discontinuing use of the website.

A legal representative of a user under the age of 14 may exercise the same rights with respect to the child’s personal information.

17. Personal Information of Children Under the Age of 14

The Company does not intentionally collect direct personal information from children under the age of 14, such as their names, contact details, or account information.

The websites and web tools provided by the Company do not require account registration or user identification.

If the Company directly collects personal information from children under the age of 14 in the future or provides a service requiring the consent of a legal representative, the Company will verify the legal representative’s consent and implement the protections required under applicable law.
