sosone (the “Company”) values your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws.
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application “Sleepy Scenery” (the “App”) provided by the Company.
The App has no account registration and does not ask for your name, email address, telephone number, or any other direct identifier. The App contains no advertising, does not collect advertising identifiers (ADID or IDFA), and does not track you.
To improve the service, the App sends anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify you to a server operated by the Company. These statistics contain no device identifiers, installation identifiers, or account information, and the Company does not link them to any individual user.

Information is used only to the extent necessary for these purposes. If the purposes change, the Company will take the measures required by applicable law.
The Company does not ask for your name, email address, telephone number, or other direct identifiers.
As anonymous usage statistics, the App sends its version, operating system information, and records of how the App is used, such as which themes were viewed and for how long. Each value is sent only as a categorical value shared by many users (for example, a theme name or a range such as “2–3 days”) and is stored on the server only as daily totals.
The App does not send or store:
About IP addresses: When statistics are sent over the internet, your IP address is processed temporarily as part of the communication. The Company does not record or store IP addresses on the path that receives statistics, and access logging is turned off for that path.
App settings and records used to prepare statistics (for example, the last day of use and statistics not yet sent) stay on your device and are not sent to the server as is. Only the anonymous usage statistics described in Section 2 are sent. The Company cannot access or view information stored on your device.
Information on your device is deleted when you delete the App or clear its data through the operating system. Depending on your device and backup settings, it may be included in a device backup provided by Google or Apple.
Anonymous usage statistics are stored on the Company’s server only as totals per date and item. Individual transmissions (raw logs) are not kept.
These totals cannot identify any user and are kept for the duration of the service to improve it. They are deleted without undue delay when the purpose has been fulfilled or the service ends.
When the retention purpose has been fulfilled or the service ends, the Company deletes the statistics on its server without undue delay, using methods intended to make recovery difficult.
You can delete information stored on your device by:
Information included in an operating system backup is managed according to the backup settings of your Google or Apple account.
The Company does not sell your information and does not provide it to third parties without your consent or another lawful basis.
However, information may be provided in the following circumstances in accordance with applicable laws:

You can stop transmission by deleting the App or disconnecting your device from the network. All features of the App remain available in that case.

Because the Company holds no accounts or device identifiers, it cannot distinguish, access, or delete the statistics of a particular user on its server. You can delete information on your device and stop further transmission by deleting the App or clearing its data.

A legal representative of a child under 14 may exercise the same rights regarding the child’s information.
The Company does not collect direct personal information, such as names, contact details, or account information, from any user, including children under 14. The anonymous usage statistics sent by the App cannot identify users.

This Privacy Policy may be amended to reflect changes in laws, App features, or third-party services. The Company will publish the revised content and its effective date on this page.

In case of inconsistency between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
