N Project Manager Privacy Policy
sosone (the “Company”) values your personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This Privacy Policy applies to the “N Project Manager” service (the “Service”).
This policy may change due to changes in laws, regulations or internal policies. Changes will be announced through this privacy policy page.
Article 1 (Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods)
- Information collected
- Advertising identifiers: advertising ID (IDFA, AAID, etc.)
- Usage records: app version, access logs and records of misuse
- Crash records: crash information and device state at the time of an error
- Approximate location
- Browser and device information
- Advertising impressions, clicks and other ad and product interaction data
- Performance and other SDK diagnostic information
- Sender email address and message voluntarily provided when contacting support
- Collection methods: Advertising and consent-management SDKs process information automatically during ad requests and app use. Support information is received only when you send an email. The app does not require registration or login.
- Local storage: The following data is stored only on the user’s device and is not sent to a server: projects, schedules, tasks and subtasks, work journals, moods, notes, tags, selected cover and reference images, and app settings.
Article 2 (Purposes of Collection and Use)
- Advertising with Google AdMob
We display Google AdMob ads to support the free service. Advertising identifiers may be used to provide personalized ads.
- Advertising and measurement
Device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, approximate location inferred from IP address, device and diagnostic data may be used for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention and SDK reliability.
- Consent management
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) collects, stores and updates advertising privacy choices where required.
- Support
We use messages you send to respond to support and privacy-rights requests.
Article 3 (External SDKs and International Processing)
We use Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform (UMP) from Google LLC. For ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics and consent management, the SDKs may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device and app information, advertising and product interactions, and crash, performance and other diagnostic information.
Data may be transmitted over the network during advertising and consent requests and processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates processing facilities. The scope and retention depend on data type, purposes, user choices and Google policies. You can limit further processing through the advertising and consent controls below or by discontinuing app use. Declining may affect which ads can be provided.
Project, journal and photo content and support emails are not attached to advertising requests. Support emails are received at the operator’s Gmail address; email transmission and storage follow the relevant email service’s policies.

- Google advertising controls
Article 4 (Retention and Deletion)
Support information is retained for the time needed to respond, handle rights requests, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, then deleted when no longer needed. Applicable statutory retention periods take precedence. Advertising and consent SDK data follows Google policies and user choices described in Article 3; the operator cannot set one retention period for, or directly delete, all SDK data.
On-device records and backups
- Project records can be deleted individually or reset using Data reset in Settings. App preferences, original photos and separately stored copies are managed separately.
- Uninstalling removes app-specific storage according to the operating system. It does not also delete operating-system backups, exported JSON files, original photos, shared files or cloud copies.
- The operator does not back up project records on its server. A JSON file you retain can restore records, replacing existing records. A backup containing image paths does not guarantee that image files themselves are included or restored.
Article 5 (Your Rights and Advertising Choices)
- Contact the email below for access, correction, deletion, restriction or consent-withdrawal requests. Where identity verification is necessary, we request only what is needed. On-device records are managed by you; the operator cannot remotely view or recover them.
- Where consent management is required, Advertising privacy settings in the app lets you change UMP choices. The SDK determines whether this entry is required based on region and consent status.
- iOS/iPadOS: Change this app’s tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Device settings, age or management restrictions, and previously decided permissions can prevent the ATT prompt from appearing.
- Android: Depending on OS version, use Settings → Privacy or Google → Ads to delete/reset the advertising ID and change advertising privacy settings.
- ATT permission does not replace GDPR consent, and GDPR consent does not replace ATT permission. Declining tracking does not block project management features. Available ads depend on consent status and the SDK’s permitted processing.
- Where applicable law provides them, you may exercise portability, restriction and objection rights and complain to a supervisory authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Article 6 (Children’s Privacy)
This is a project, work and personal scheduling tool, not a service designed primarily for children. It does not require registration or a date of birth. If a guardian believes a child’s information has been processed inappropriately, they can contact us below to request deletion or restriction. Processing that requires parental consent under applicable law must meet those requirements.
Article 7 (Other Provisions)
Project records and photo content are not attached to advertising requests or uploaded to an operator-managed server.
The current distributed build does not activate separate Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. AdMob advertising measurement and diagnostics are separate.
On iOS, access to IDFA or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites requires Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. Refusing does not block project management features, and IDFA-based tracking is not performed without permission.
Where required, including applicable users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, UMP presents advertising consent choices. Ads are requested only when the SDK confirms they can be requested. Where required, choices can be changed through Advertising privacy settings in the app.
Backups use a JSON file saved or shared at your request through the operating system. Copies sent to another app or cloud service follow that service’s policy and are not deleted by resetting or uninstalling this app.
The app does not request precise-location or contacts permission for advertising. IP addresses may be used to infer approximate location.
