1. Information stored on your device

Imported music and lyrics, pronunciation, translations, timing, selected and learned lines, focus-practice targets and results, practice history and settings are stored in the app on your device. Music and lyrics are not uploaded to an app content server. No account is required. Included instrumental practice tracks and texts are bundled with the app and are not user data.

2. Anonymous aggregate usage counts

The native app uses SlugAPI anonstat to aggregate first launch after installation, daily use, launches, screen visits and playback starts by date. Counter payloads contain no music, lyrics, filenames, search terms, practice text, account details, user tokens, device identifiers or advertising identifiers. Requests use no cookies. Only date/event/screen totals are stored by the statistics service. Unsent counts remain on the device for up to 29 days and may be retried on a later launch. The web preview does not send these statistics. Cloudflare and other network infrastructure providers may process routine technical connection data such as IP addresses while delivering requests.

3. Optional external connections

Installing a downloadable language-analysis model sends a download request to its hosting provider. When you choose web search or open a translation page, the selected search terms or line are sent to that external service, including Google where selected. These services apply their own policies. Lyloop does not include Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob or another advertising SDK. It does not offer a music-streaming catalog or YouTube playback.

4. Retention and deletion

Deleting a song removes its associated lyrics and practice data from the app. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes its local storage, subject to the operating system's backup behavior. Exported backup and shared files may remain in the locations or services you selected and must be deleted separately. Aggregate counts are not linked to an account or device identifier in the app's payload and cannot be used by us to locate an individual user's practice content.

5. Sharing and permissions

Import uses files you choose. Music files are copied into app storage. Export and backup sharing sends the selected file to the destination you choose through the system share sheet. ZIP backups contain lyrics, settings and practice records; music files are kept separately. A practice reminder requires notification permission and enabling the feature. If you choose the camera option when changing a song cover, the operating system requests camera permission. The app does not use the microphone to record or assess singing, and does not request contacts or location access.

6. Your choices and requests

You can avoid optional downloads, web search, translation pages and sharing. Privacy questions and applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal requests can be sent to [email protected]. We do not have a server copy of your music, lyrics or practice records; manage that content on your device. Routine network processing may occur outside your country according to the infrastructure provider's policies.

7. Children and policy changes
