The Company delegates personal information processing tasks to overseas specialized companies as follows for smooth service provision.

The Company does not directly collect personal information. Delegated personal information can be refused through 'Article 2 (Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use)'.
Local Data Storage and Deletion
- Baby profile information and tummy time records: Stored only on the user's device, and all data is completely deleted when the app is uninstalled.
- No server backup: The Company does not store users' personal records on servers, making data recovery impossible.
Article 5 (User Rights and Exercise Methods)
- If you do not want to receive personalized ads, you can block advertising identifier collection in your mobile device settings. (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking, Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset/Delete Ad ID)
- Users can refuse the use of Google Firebase Analytics through the opt-out function within the service.
- Users can refuse the use of Firebase Crashlytics through the opt-out function within the service.
Article 6 (Protection of Children's Personal Information)
The Company does not collect personal information from children under 14 years old. This service is intended for users aged 14 and above.

The Company complies with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of each member state.
