This privacy policy applies to the 'Baby Days' service (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). The Company's privacy policy may be changed in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or the Company's terms and internal policies. 2. Collection Method: Information is collected when users directly input during service execution and usage, or automatically generated during service use.
3. Local Data Storage: Baby profile information and memos are stored only on the user's device and are not transmitted to servers.

• App log analysis using Google Firebase Analytics The Company uses Firebase Analytics, an app usage analysis tool provided by Google. In this case, no personally identifiable information other than app usage information is collected. Users can refuse the use of Google Firebase Analytics through the opt-out function within the service.

• App error analysis using Google Firebase Crashlytics The Company uses Firebase Crashlytics, an app error analysis tool provided by Google. In this case, no personally identifiable information other than app error information is used. Users can refuse the use of Firebase Crashlytics through the opt-out function within the service.

Article 3 (Delegation of Personal Information Processing)

The Company delegates personal information processing tasks to overseas specialized companies as follows for smooth service provision.

• Delegate (Location): Google (Firebase, Google AdMob) (USA)
• Personal information items transferred: All items collected in Article 1
• Delegated tasks: Cloud server operation and data storage, service usage analysis, personalized advertising provision
• Retention and usage period: Until membership withdrawal or termination of delegation contract

Article 4 (Personal Information Retention and Usage Period)

The Company does not directly collect personal information. Delegated personal information can be refused through 'Article 2 (Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use)'.

Local Data Storage and Deletion

• Baby profile information and memos: Stored only on the user's device, and all data is completely deleted when the app is uninstalled.
• No server backup: The Company does not store users' personal records on servers, making data recovery impossible.

Article 5 (User Rights and Exercise Methods)

1. If you do not want to receive personalized ads, you can block advertising identifier collection in your mobile device settings. (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking, Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset/Delete Ad ID)
2. Users can refuse the use of Google Firebase Analytics through the opt-out function within the service.
3. Users can refuse the use of Firebase Crashlytics through the opt-out function within the service.

Article 6 (Protection of Children's Personal Information)

The Company does not collect personal information from children under 14 years old. This service is intended for users aged 14 and above.

Article 7 (Others)

The Company complies with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of each member state.
